Motor and Performance Diagnostics for Combat Sports Athletes in Germany

Oleksy-Sport is expanding its activities beyond Poland. This time, our team travelled to Aachen, Germany, where we carried out comprehensive diagnostics for athletes competing at a high professional level. The assessment included both performance testing and physical diagnostics, allowing us to evaluate the athletes’ capabilities, current level of preparation, and key parameters influencing their performance in greater detail. During the testing, we also used the KO COACH system. The trip to Germany was more than just another diagnostic session for us. It marked another step in the development of Oleksy-Sport and gave us the opportunity to work with athletes competing at a high national and international level. Following the assessments, each athlete will receive individually prepared results together with a detailed analysis developed by our team. The collected data will help identify strengths, areas requiring further improvement, and the key directions for the next stages of athletic preparation. This means that the diagnostic process does not end with testing itself. Instead, it becomes a practical tool supporting training planning, progress monitoring, and informed decision-making throughout the athletic preparation process.
