4th Athletics Conference – High Performance Training

The 4th High Performance Training Athletics Conference will take place on 2–4 October 2026 at the Central Sports Centre – Olympic Preparation Centre in Spała. The conference programme will include theoretical lectures and practical sessions divided into four thematic blocks: sprinting, throwing events, endurance and jumping events. The joint conference session will provide an opportunity for coaches and high-performance sports specialists to exchange knowledge and experience. On Sunday, 4 October, from 9:00 to 10:00, Łukasz Oleksy will deliver a lecture entitled “Biomechanical Analysis of Athletes in Track and Field Jumping Events”. The lecture will be followed by a practical session related to the jumping events block from 10:00 to 11:00.
