Oleksy-Sport at the 4th High Performance Training Athletics Conference

On October 4, the Oleksy-Sport team took part in the 4th High Performance Training Athletics Conference in Spała. As part of the session dedicated to jumping events, Dr Łukasz Oleksy delivered a lecture entitled “Biomechanical Analysis of Athletes in Track and Field Jumping Events” and led a practical session. It was an opportunity to share knowledge and experience in biomechanical analysis and its practical application in athlete assessment and preparation. We would like to thank the organizers for the invitation and the opportunity to participate in the event. We are pleased to have been part of this year’s edition of the conference and to have met coaches and specialists working in athletics.
